Doubling and Halving

In class this week we have been focusing upon doubling and halving 1 and 2 digit numbers. We have been relating this to our 2x table.

We played a doubling and halving game outside but sadly we forgot to take pictures.

In class we have been using numicon to help us with doubling. We played doubling bingo, halfing ludo and a numicon matching activity.

We have also been trying hard to remember what the terms double and half mean.
