Exploring our community 🙋🏾‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️

Today we were lucky enough to visit Cornhill Library 📚 to find out about the role of the library in our local area. We found out that the library has actually been in 3 different places but has been in the same place since 1997. We also found out about services the librarians offer.  We were lucky to have the opportunity to undertake two different activities. We got time to look at some pictorial sources of Cornhill past and present and we had the opportunity to look at some newspaper articles and books showing the development of our area. We even got the opportunity to explore some of the books. We were all really keen to visit with our parents and get a free library card. Mrs Ross is even hoping to take us up more frequently to select some books!
