History Timeline

When we started our World War 2 topic this week , we realised that we weren’t too sure where this fit in with other areas of History so we decided to find out more.

We worked in groups to try and order periods in History in chronological order (time order), we looked for clues in the names and style of dress to try and help us as well as using our prior knowledge. When we had finished we looked at the real order of the Historical Periods. We got some of them correct but we had to discuss and change others. We learnt that WW2 was recent history as it only started 78 years ago.
