We had a fabulous time speaking to Bev the manager who shared interesting facts about the restaurants background, how the building got it’s design and what the fun (and stressful!) sides of managing a restaurant are.
Neil showed us how to mix a proper ‘mocktail’ and we even got to sample it – yummy!
Then Miguel let us help to make linguine pasta and showed us how a chef is expected to prepare fruits and vegetables in the restaurant. Some of our pupils are budding chefs-in-the-making!
