The Golden Eagle

Today Lesley from Techfest came in to do some Engineering work with us. We learnt about The Golden Eagle oil rig and did some activities to help us understand how the engineers designed this.

We did lots of group work which was really fun and we all worked very well together!

We did design work, building challenges and a whole class problem solving task. All the skills we used would be very important for an engineer and for lots of other jobs!
