Our last week with Mrs Ross…
We have had a wonderful last week in class.
In maths we have been trying really hard to count on 2s, 5s, 10s and 100s. We have been learning more about bar charts too.
Our festivities have also begun. We have been painting snowmen, decorating the class tree, creating snow flakes and even done some Christmas yoga!
In phonics we have been trying hard to blend words with our sound of the week. Lots of us have found this quite tricky but didn’t give up.
We also spent time this week creating our own tartans for St Andrews day and developed our finger muscles with some Scottish tracing activities and games.
With the fun of the snow we even made snowmen!
We had a mini class party on Friday to celebrate our time together. Mrs Ross is really really going to miss us lots 😢 but we had great fun playing games, dancing, having some cake and even some sweeties too 🍰🍬
