Term 4 Week 1 in Room 4

On the first week after the holidays we were settling back into school routines and being with our friends. We began exploring money; ordering and sorting coins by value, size and shape and some children even began counting coins to make amounts, whilst still developing our addition skills. Our new sound was ch; we were practicing writing in sentences about a picture; making, reading and writing cvc words as well as much much more. There aren’t many photos from this week but it gives you a wee taster of our learning.
