Our first week back

Welcome back to term 2!

We have been very busy during our 1st week.

We have been learning to tell the time-o’clock and half past on an analogue clock. We are getting pretty good! We also continue to practise couninting in 2, 5, 10s.

We have also been continuing to learn our new sounds of the week and are continuing to try very hard. In grammer we have learning about adjectives!

With all the changes afoot in autumn we have been busy exploring and learning more about the season. We went on an autumn hunt. We then used leaves we collected to create leaf rubbings.

We also learnt about why some leaves change colour.

And… With Halloween around the corner we even carved a pumpkin and made some Halloween cakes!
