P7 Heptathlon in PE

Primary 7 have been completing our own Heptathlon in Athletics this term. Today we were looking at power. We measured how high we could reach and then jumped as high as possible and measured the difference between the 2 marks. This is called the vertical jump test. Our best score was 50cm!
