Doubling 1 + 2 digit numbers… ✅🗯🙋🏼♀️🙋🏾♂️
This week our mental maths focus is on doubling 1 + 2 digit numbers mentally.
We spoke about the fact that doubling just means when you add the same number to itself. For expample double 1 is the same as 1+1. We played an archery game which required us to double the number we hit. We then rolled 1 or 2 dice in our next activity and doubled the number we got. Look how well we are doing on day one….
