The dog in the bag; Dave 🐶

Today we had a visit from Sue from SAMS club. She brought in a special, cuddly doggy called Dave. Dave brought in some very special things- bread, a cockerel, donkey, a candle, a cross, muslin, silver coins, a stone an angel and even some oil containing frankensense. We got a chance to think about why Dave had each of those items.

We got to use Daves items to retell the story using actions We though about what the important parts were and why. We had a variety on answers and lots of insightful, perceptive comments.
