Planting in Nursery

The nursery children have been digging in the nursery garden. We asked the children what the seeds will need to grow, some of the children were able to tell us they need water & sun.

The children have all planted a sunflower seed and we watch them grow, the children will be learning to look after their sunflower by giving them a drink of water every day.

We also planted carrot, spring onion, tomato, turnip and courgette seed outside in the garden.

The children have also been investigating our new water pipes & garden hose.

The nursery children have used painting rollers & brushes to make mark outside.
