Our Around the World journey continues…🏜

We are on the third leg of our journey as part of our topic and have landed in the Untied Arab Emirates 🇦🇪

We have been exploring desert habitats 🌵 🐫. We have been learning how animals adapt in the desert and how plants grow. We have been focussing our learning on the city of Dubai. We looked at Dubai’s architecture and learnt that the highest building in the world is in Dubai- The Burj Khalifa.

We have been busy in class becoming trainee architects by creating a design brief for our own Dubai building. We then selected from a range of materials the best one to construct a replica of our vision. Mrs Ross was very impressed with our creativity.
